Information used by the desktop application
ClipPanda processes video on your Windows computer. Depending on the workflow you choose, the application may send necessary content to AI services you configure for transcription or clip analysis. Those services process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
License and credit information
The ClipPanda service receives the information required to activate a license, secure a device session, verify plan eligibility, authorize a processing job and keep an accurate credit history. This can include license/account identifiers, protected device identifiers, source verification metadata, duration, job status and timestamps.
Your video files
Original and exported video files remain in the locations you select on your computer. ClipPanda does not operate a public cloud library for customer video files. Supported online sources and configured AI services can still receive the data necessary to perform the action you request.
Secret keys
AI service keys entered in the desktop application are intended to remain protected on that Windows user account. Never send your secret keys to support through WhatsApp or any public channel.
Website and support
When you contact us through WhatsApp, the information you choose to send is handled through WhatsApp under its own privacy terms. We use support messages to answer questions, arrange activation and resolve account issues.
Security and retention
License, device, credit and audit records may be retained when needed to protect accounts, prevent abuse, reconcile balances and preserve business records. Deleting a license can stop future access while its protected financial or security history remains retained.
