Using ClipPanda
You may use ClipPanda only with a valid license issued for your account and subject to the access period and credit plan shown in the application. A license is intended for one authorized device at a time unless we confirm a different arrangement.
Credits and processing
Credits represent verified source-video minutes. The application shows an estimated charge before processing, while the secure service records the final authorized job. Monthly subscription credits reset on the plan cycle and do not roll over unless we explicitly state otherwise.
AI-assisted results
Clip discovery, captions, titles and hashtags are AI-assisted. Results depend on the source, audio quality, language, visible subjects and configured services. You remain responsible for reviewing every clip before publication.
Your content and permissions
You must have the necessary rights and permission to download, process, edit and publish the content you use with ClipPanda. Do not use the application to infringe copyright, privacy or platform rules.
Account security
Do not share license keys or attempt to bypass device, update or credit controls. We may pause, revoke or refuse access when a license is expired, deleted, used outside its authorized scope or connected to abusive or fraudulent activity.
Updates and availability
Some updates can be required to protect customers or maintain service compatibility. Internet, third-party video sources and configured AI services can experience interruptions outside ClipPanda's control.
Payments and plan questions
Confirm the current plan, price, validity and any special commercial terms with the ClipPanda team before payment. Keep your payment record and activation details for support.
